Skin Care For Acne -
There
are a few basic steps that people can use to ensure there
skin stays clear and healthy. First, gently wash your skin.
Washing your skin with a mild cleanser, once in the morning
and once in the evening and after heavy exercise can remove
excess skin oil, dirt debris and other foreign materials
from your face/body.
Secondly, avoid frequent handling of your skin. It is a well
known fact that people who squeeze, pick or pop there zits
can develop scars or dark blotches. People should avoid at
all times rubbing and touching there skin lesions. Just a
good thing to remember - don’t pop pimples, or else you run
the risk of getting scars.
Last
but not least, if at all possible avoid sunburn or tanning
too much. Many medications that are used to treat acne can
make a person more likely to sunburn. A sunburn that reddens
the skin or suntan that darkens the skin may make blemishes
less visible and make the skin feel drier. However, these
benefits are only temporary, and there are known risks of
excessive sun exposure, such as more rapid skin aging and a
risk of developing skin
